Postage is with Australia Post and sent within 3 days of your payment 

Unless otherwise stated on the front page if we are away at any time

Orders will be posted between Monday & Friday 

 Australia post may take longer than expected for some regional areas

Tracking is provided once sale is processed for you to monitor

Pick up ONLY is from Storage King Tweed Heads

There is no store open to the public this is a pick up location only

Address information given when choosing pick up at time of sale.

Returns Policy

• Please check your purchase as soon as it is received

• A refund will be given within 7 days if a flaw has been overlooked or the wrong product has been sent

• If you wish to return an item for refund you will need to pay to return your goods for a credit

 

Products may look different than what shows on your  device.

Please request a FREE sample of fabric to see colour and texture if you are not sure

as no refund will be given on fabrics once they have been cut.
