 Australia post may take longer than expected for some areas

Tracking is provided once sale is processed for you to monitor

• Larger parcels in metro Queensland will be sent by Courier

• Delivery to Metro areas in Eastern Australia 1-4 business days

• Delivery to NSW VIC SA WA NT  Metro areas 3-10 business days- Country areas 5-10 business days

• Larger parcels will be wrapped carefully in heavy quality black plastic

Returns Policy

• Please check your purchase as soon as it is received

• A refund will be given within 7 days if a flaw has been overlooked or the wrong product has been sent

• If you wish to return an item for refund you will need to pay to return your goods for a credit

 

Products may look different than what shows on your  device.

Please request a FREE sample of fabric to see colour and texture if you are not sure

as no refund will be given on fabrics once they have been cut.
